中國(guó)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)協(xié)會(huì)于2001年5月25日在民政部登記成立，由國(guó)內(nèi)從事互聯(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)營(yíng)商、服務(wù)提供商、設(shè)備制造商、系統(tǒng)集成商以及科研、教育機(jī)構(gòu)等70多家互聯(lián)網(wǎng)從業(yè)者共同發(fā)起成立，是由中國(guó)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè)及與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)相關(guān)的企事業(yè)單位自愿結(jié)成的行業(yè)性的全國(guó)性的非營(yíng)利性的社會(huì)組織。會(huì)址設(shè)在北京市。

    近期，民政部公布了《“離岸社團(tuán)”“山寨社團(tuán)”名單》，經(jīng)核實(shí)，某公司在香港注冊(cè)成立“中國(guó)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)協(xié)會(huì)公司（集團(tuán)）”，并以“中國(guó)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)協(xié)會(huì)”的名義在大陸地區(qū)開展活動(dòng)，嚴(yán)重侵犯我會(huì)名稱權(quán)。

    現(xiàn)鄭重聲明，中國(guó)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)協(xié)會(huì)是中國(guó)大陸地區(qū)在民政部登記成立的合法機(jī)構(gòu)，任何單位或個(gè)人擅自以“中國(guó)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)協(xié)會(huì)”名義開展的活動(dòng)均對(duì)我會(huì)名稱權(quán)造成侵犯，請(qǐng)?zhí)岣呔?，?jǐn)防上當(dāng)，我會(huì)將保留追究其法律責(zé)任的權(quán)利。公眾查詢我會(huì)相關(guān)會(huì)議或活動(dòng)信息，請(qǐng)點(diǎn)擊查看協(xié)會(huì)官網(wǎng)、微信、微博，或者以郵件、來(lái)信方式溝通。

Statement on "Offshoring Social Organization" Using the Name of ISC to Conduct Business

    Internet Society of China (ISC) was inaugurated on 25th May, 2001. ISC was initiatively founded by more than 70 sponsors, which included network access carriers, ISPs, facility manufacturers and research institutes etc. As a national non-profit industrial social organization, it is also voluntarily founded by Internet industry enterprise and public institution related with Internet. The office of ISC is located in Beijing.

    Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People’s Republic of China released List of "Offshoring Social Organization" and "Copycatting Social Organization” on September 7, 2016. Internet Society of China (ISC) was named in that list. However, through investigation and verification, ISC found that there was a company registering another “Internet Society of China” in Hongkong by using the same name and conducting some business in China, which severely infringes the reputation of ISC.

    Now ISC hereby solemnly states that the ISC is a legal organization registered in Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People’s Republic of China, any activities conducted by company or individuals by using the same name shall be determined as act of infringing the reputation. Please take caution and avoid being deceived. ISC will reserve the right to pursue its legal responsibility.
